Current classes are Monday and Wednesday 7:00 pm to 8:pm
We also had Saturday morning Ladies Self-Defense class, which could be resumed if there is an interest in such classes.
The purpose of the 1st class will be covering self-defense and awareness training. What to be considered and how to react. This class is designed to provide women and also men with confidence and ability to react to most situations, when confronted. What to consider when walking to you vehicle, going somewhere by yourself and generally situations that happens to everyone. Question will be answered from class participants to help understand the process and situations. It will be a hands-on class with practice sessions. It will not be as intense as normal martial arts training.
The class with cover Kobayashi Shorin-Ryu martial arts. It will cover the basics to the most advanced techniques. White belt to black belt.
I have taught martial arts for the PAL since May 1980 and teaching martials arts since 1971.
