NMPAL, in partnership with Kirtland Air Force Base and other community organizations, has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to bring together community organizations and KAFB officials to exchange ideas, and enhance working relationships to achieve mutual goals.

These participants recognize the value of partnering with o­ne another to identify and implement change in New Mexico that will address critical issues facing minorities and women throughout the United States such as education, employment, business development, and cultural celebration.

This partnership includes Col. Kathie Close, KAFB Wing Commander; Col. Kathy Jones, KAFB; Mae A. Harris, AFIA/CUS; Dr. Harold Bailey, NAACP; Joyceln Jackson, NMMC; Teresita Sanchez, 377/ABW/CCX; and NMPAL Executive Director, Dana "Duke" Kouri.
